Anbar opened on the Dubai Water Canal in 2018 with a simple idea: honest, generous Lebanese cooking in a room that feels like a celebration. The name means amber, and the whole place glows like it, brass light, warm wood, deep teal velvet and a wall of roses by the door.

From cold and hot mezze to charcoal grills and a seafood counter that runs to whole lobster, the kitchen sends out one of the largest Lebanese menus in Business Bay. Come for a long lunch, stay for shisha as the Burj Khalifa lights up across the canal.
